New to the DDS Success Community? Here are Five Easy Steps to get the most out of MGE’s Online Training Platform


Orientation: The doctor and office manager should review the site and familiarize themselves with the courses DDS has to offer. Start by watching the short video above: “How to Use DDS Success.”
Announcement: Talk to your staff about DDS Success. Make sure you highlight the benefits of the training.
Create an account for each staff member. This way they can log in with their own email address and password. You can create accounts by clicking here.
You can access all courses by clicking the “All Courses” button above, or for easy guidance, use the “Learning Paths” buttons and checklists below. The Learning Paths lay out, in sequence the courses each employee should do based on their job duties in the office. Also includes downloadable (and printable) checklists to track progress as they move through the training.
Set up time for each staff member to work on their training. We recommend at least an hour a week (more of course is better). You can break this into two 30 minute sessions if needed. Based on user feedback, we’ve also heard it’s beneficial to watch some of the material as a group once or twice a week during a staff meeting or morning huddle.
